New pallets can be designed and manufactured to your specification.

Heat treatment is available to ensure that pallets comply with ISPM15

When to choose new pallets?

When you need a specific size of pallet, or a particular board thickness, ordering new wooden pallets enables you to specify your requirements to suit your precise circumstances. To assist you in designing a custom pallet for your needs, we use the 
Pallet Design System^© to enable us to construct the best, and most economical, solution to your handling requirements.

Pallet Quotation service

Once we have agreed your pallet specification and quantities, Whirlowdale will provide detailed quotation that will include the cost of production and delivery. Pallets are manufactured at one of our two dedicated new pallet production facilities. These pallet production centres enable us to fulfil large contracts or small orders efficiently, whilst maintaining high quality standards throughout.

Pallet delivery pricing and timescales

Our pallets are typically constructed from Home Grown softwood from sustainable sources, although other commercially grown, industry standard materials can be used if required. In the current market, the timber lead-time is around 3 weeks. We recommend advance planning for your pallet requirements wherever possible, with many customers working to a 6 month call off order, to guarantee delivery and price stability.
