Pallet Collars
For the simple protection of fragile or awkward products, pallet collars are a quick and versatile means of creating strong transport containers using standard pallets.
Convenient and reusable packing option
Pallet collars are mostly adaptable products in the packaging area. When combined with pallets they can be used as a very convenient and reusable type of package for storage and transportation of various types of goods. These collapsible wooden frames can be folded flat when not in use and take up very little storage space, we can fulfill your order no matter how big it is.
Whirlowdale has teamed up with one of the largest pallet collar manufacturers in Europe, with a capacity of over one million pallet collars annually. This partnership with a well-established company means that we are capable of supplying small or high volume orders. This being the case, we are able to provide a reliable supply of quality collars to customer requirements. All new collars are ISPM15 heat treated and can be supplied in a variety of sizes. The standard range of sizes is:
- Euro collars 800x1200x200
- UK Standard collars 1000x1200x200
- Half Euro collars 800x600x200
The above sizes can be offered as single or double-boarded collars (Euro collars can also be supplied in second grade timber if required).
In addition to these standard sizes we are able to offer the following additional options:
- Client specified dimensions
- 1.25, 1.5 or 2.0 mm hinges for folding pallet collars
- 6-hinged pallet collars
- Collars with holes for easy collars handling
- Client‘s logo or text print in any size and colour
Second hand pallet collars are also available.
